Jay leno is sharing why he just does not sleep much.
The Comedian, 74, Made Headlines Back in December 2024 when he revised Club random Podcast. Now, while spending with people about his role in the new movie Midas manThe former Tonight show Host says, “i've always been that way.”
“I've never a big sleeper. I thought, 'well, I just gotta change my way, so say i go to bed at 2:00 or 2:30, I'll go to bed at 11:30,' and Then I was up at 3:00, “Leno says. “Now i'm reading for three and a half hours I have to do anything. Or 8:00. ”
During that Club random Episode, Leno noted that despite his low level of sleep, he also does not drink coffee or any “hot liquids.”
“I'm just not a big sleeper,” He adds to people, Joking, “I Suppose if I have a real job where I had to work hard, I'd be more exhausted. So that's probally what it is.”

Leno Says He Performed About 150 Dates on the Road Last Year. He has at least 15 Dates set up for a 2025 tour That will commence in Florida on Feb. 6, with performances currently scheduled through may 30 in massachusetts.

“I'm never gone more than 48 hours at a stretch,” He adds.
