Sarah ferguson is in sync with Queen Elizabeth through the Late Monarch's Beloved Dogs.

The duches of york navigated two cancer diagnoses with a Six-month span the summer of 2023 and start of 2024. Fergie was diagnosed with breast cancer (And Underwent a Single Mastectomy) in was laater diagnosed with Malignant Melanoma (a Form of Skin Cancer) Months Later in January 2024.
She has spoken openly about the “dark” time and in may 2024, her Daughter Princess beatrice said her mother was “all clear” following the health scars.
